Senior Adult Ministries
First Baptist Church has a large and active senior adult ministry. Through our senior adult ministry, we provide interesting programs and activities to involve our seniors in various types of ministries.
We extend to you a very special and most cordial invitation to join us for any of our scheduled events. If you need further information, please contact the church office at (731) 642-5074.
LLL Meetings
Our senior adult fellowship, LLL ("Live Longer and Like It"), meets the third Monday of each month at 11:00 a.m. in Orr Fellowship Hall of the church. Following a brief business meeting and devotion, we have lunch that is prepared by the FBC Paris. With a reservation, lunch is available for a nominal fee. Following lunch, there is an entertaining and informative program. LLL members are not just from First Baptist Church and is a very active community outreach ministry.

Trips and Special Occasions
From time to time our group takes trips. Some of these are one-day trips like the Reelfoot Eagle Watch; some involve an evening out for a meal. Others involve overnight trips to plays, concerts, conventions, points of interest, etc. Annually, there is a one-day retreat or banquet in which attention is focused on our seniors. The first Sunday in May is designated as Senior Adult Day at First Baptist Church.
