The Paris Biblical Counseling Center is here to provide help and hope to you by offering biblical solutions for your struggles. We can teach you how to search the Scriptures in order to help you with your marital issues, anger, worry, addiction, parenting problems, depression, fear, anxiety, or hopelessness.

WHAT IS BIBLICAL COUNSELING?
Biblical counseling uses the Bible to help people deal with life’s struggles. We are different from other kinds of Christian counseling because we do not blend a man-centered, secular approach to our counseling practice.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is not a weekly charge for our counseling services. We receive a $25 deposit from you at your first appointment and will return it to you upon faithful completion of the counseling process.
HOW MANY TIMES WILL WE MEET?
You should plan to meet weekly for 8-12 sessions.
HOW LONG IS A WEEKLY SESSION?
Weekly sessions last 1 hour.
WHO IS INVOLVED IN A SESSION?
You can expect a lead counselor to guide you and a co-counselor to sit in on your sessions. The Paris Biblical Counseling Center trains lay people from FBC Paris to become lead counselors, and the lead counselor/co-counselor methodology is an important part of our training program.
WHERE DO I GO FOR OUR FIRST SESSION?
Our counseling ministry takes place at the First Baptist Church of Paris, TN. You can park outside of the church office entrance at 313 N. Poplar St. Paris, TN. Use the buzzer at the Poplar St. entrance to gain access, then proceed down the small flight of stairs and straight ahead to the waiting area. Your lead counselor will meet you when it is time for your session.
